Sonia Patel Dalton entered the ADR field over 20 years ago, having held Assistant and Business Manager Positions at JAMS—the nation’s largest ADR firm.  Later, she was tapped to spearhead the development and launch of a boutique dispute resolution firm, PMA Dispute Resolution, with several offices throughout California and Nevada.
 
Sonia has now shifted her focus to helping independent neutrals, such as Masters & Ribakoff, to manage their practices. She possesses the expertise, passion and tenacity to work with neutrals and counsel to achieve resolution through the appropriate process.
 
Sonia graduated from UCSB and received her law degree and certificate in dispute resolution from Willamette University. She lives in Aliso Viejo with her husband, daughter, and dog Kona. 

Joanne Bogy

Arbitration/Accounting Manager

Joanne Bogy started her accounting and administrative service business twenty years ago. 

Joanne has been part of the Masters & Ribakoff team for the past fifteen years providing bookkeeping, case management, and administrative services.  With her background in computer programming and business systems analysis, especially accounting systems, Joanne possesses a unique ability to manage and serve our clients’ individual needs quickly and correctly.

Joanne was born in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to Southern California when she was nine months old.  She loves living in Southern California and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
