Christine Masters and Alan Ribakoff established Masters & Ribakoff in 1991, merging their highly successful employment and corporate law practices with the ultimate intention of transitioning to Alternate Dispute Resolution. By 2000, they were recognized as leaders in providing high-quality ADR services exclusively as neutral mediators, arbitrators, and investigators. With a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in employment, corporate, and business law that is difficult to match, they have successfully resolved thousands of disputes for myriad entities, including large and small, public and private employers, and the individuals with whom they work.
The firm now devotes the majority of its time to the mediated resolution of all types of employment conflicts. As we have since early 2020, we continue to work with our same high standards of service primarily through secure Zoom video conferencing while offering the possibility of in-person mediation on a case-by-case basis. We will, of course, be monitoring all health and safety data and developments and look forward to providing in-person services as appropriate.
In 2018, Masters & Ribakoff first committed to the Green Pledge of the World Mediators Alliance on Climate Change (“WOMACC”), working to minimize the environmental impact of our firm and of each mediation, including avoiding unnecessary travel and using electronic technology wherever possible. We invite all to give serious consideration to joining the Pledge.
