Christine Masters and Alan Ribakoff established Masters & Ribakoff in 1993 by merging their highly successful employment and corporate law practices.  By 2004, they were recognized leaders in providing high quality ADR services.  With a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in employment, corporate and business law that is difficult to match, they have acted as neutral mediators, arbitrators and fact-finders in myriad disputes involving public employers, private business enterprises, from small family owned to large Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit and governmental entities, including local municipalities and state agencies.

Ms. Masters and Mr. Ribakoff have long served on the Employment and Commercial Panels of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").  Ms. Masters also works through PMA, a neutral services administrator offering exceptional mediation services with locations in Los Angeles (Century City and downtown at the AON building at 7th and Wilshire), Irvine, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, the Inland Empire, and Las Vegas.
