Arbitration
Masters and Ribakoff provides arbitration services through the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and PMA, a private neutral services administrator. Experienced case administrators at AAA and PMA are dedicated to insuring that the process runs smoothly and that particular needs of any participant are promptly and fully addressed.
Masters & Ribakoff is committed to maintaining the highest levels of neutrality, integrity, and objectivity in arbitration. As such, we embrace the Due Process Protocol endorsed by such organizations as the American Bar Association, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
