Christine Masters and Alan Ribakoff established Masters & Ribakoff in 1993 by merging their highly successful employment and corporate law practices. Recognized leaders in providing high quality ADR services, we have acted as neutral mediators, arbitrators and fact-finders in myriad disputes involving public employers, private business enterprises, from small family owned to large Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit and governmental entities, including local municipalities and state agencies. As of July 1, 2004 Masters & Ribakoff was chosen to spearhead the Employment Group at ARC. In addition to serving on the Employment and Commercial Panels of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), we now each provide our neutral services through Alternative Resolution Centers ("ARC") with locations in Los Angeles (Brentwood and downtown at Macy's plaza), Long Beach, Ventura, Riverside, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Las Vegas.
